20 years ago I started my career in fashion at FIDM in LA with degrees in Fashion Design & Business. Over the years I found an expertise in helping brands identify problems & implement streamlined solutions that lower costs & increase sales. My focus remains on the customer and delivering a must-have product.

This DTC sleepwear brand, generating $300K revenue, was on the brink of closure due to supply chain inefficiencies that undermined margins and ability to scale. We implemented a new product development process and introduced new manufacturing partners. As a result, the brand saw a 70% increase in revenue the following year and has successfully remained in business for another 12 years.

Knitting Solutions

DIAD ltd

A $22 million revenue private label firm was struggling to expand its market presence and overcome growth challenges. After auditing their customer roadmap and assortment, we developed and executed a winning strategy to successfully enter a new market segment. This effort successfully launched their new market, driving a 20% increase in sales, which ultimately positioned the company to be acquired for a higher valuation.

This DTC men's fashion brand was seeking to evaluate and enter a new sales channel but needed a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to secure funding. We created a full expansion strategy based on current market conditions, customer feedback and operational costs. The client successfully presented the strategy to their Venture Capital firm and secured the necessary funding to launch the new channel and significantly scale the business.

A designer rainwear brand experienced stagnant sales and collections that failed to gain traction. We audited the market and design and found a small assortment not suiting the needs of the customer. We designed new collections to create a cohesive and varied assortment that resonates with their customer and implemented a speed model into the product development process. With our introductions to new wholesale partners, the brand immediately signed 22 new retail customers with an increase in sales of 370%.

This retail giant identified a white space opportunity in the denim category but lacked the project management and expertise to launch. We hired and trained the teams for this category & partnered with a denim manufacturing firm for the product development process. The new line launched with huge success, becoming a core part of their collection and expanding the category from a team of 25 to a team of 150 within 3 years.

ELOQUII

This apparel brand had just entered into the retail stores channel with 3 stores and was suffering from low store performance. Our deep audit of retail operations revealed extremely high associate turnover, which was crippling sales and customer experience. We implemented a new team structures, created new training processes and stronger internal systems to improve store experience and performance. This resulted in a 60% increase in sales for current stores and the client opened 10 additional stores the following year while reducing associate turnover.

A division of URBN

A women's fashion brand which launched a plus size collection in order to grow the market. Initial launch missed sales plans by 70%. We were hired on to find out why. Through auditing the collection and process we discovered a minor fit issue within 2 weeks, 1 month ahead of schedule. The collection was put through production again with the fit amendments and re-launched in stores where it became a best-seller part of the business and a core category.

This small kids apparel brand was facing impending USA tariffs that threatened to erase their entire profit margin. We conducted an in-depth supply chain audit and implemented a near-shoring/diversification strategy to move production out of high-risk regions. During the process we implemented efficiencies in the assortment process and added in a white label collection to bulk up the assortment. This solution mitigated tariff risk, increased quality of the product, and ensured stable distribution for their inventory. Allowing them to grow in un-certain times.
